PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 7, 2019) – KGM Gaming today announced a multiproduct, two-year deal with Delaware North to provide all of the global hospitality company’s gaming properties with gaming seating and slot bases.
Delaware North’s portfolio of innovative gaming venues includes casinos and other gaming properties in New York, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, West Virginia, Arkansas, Ohio and Australia.
The products are set to begin being delivered this month to Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia, followed by other Delaware North gaming properties in the United States and Australia. For example, KGM will provide the seating and slot bases for Delaware North’s $250 million expansion of Southland Casino Racing in Arkansas, set to be completed in late summer 2020.
KGM already supplied seating and slot bases for Delaware North’s Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel, which opened in 2017 on Long Island; news seats at Hamburg Gaming, which Delaware North operates near Buffalo; and seats for two Brisbane, Australia, gaming pubs that Delaware North bought in 2018.
“We’re excited to enter into this agreement with Delaware North,” said KGM Gaming Executive Vice President Jason Cohen. “The opportunity to exhibit our high-quality products in some of the largest, most innovative casinos across the U.S. is a great stride for our company.”
Delaware North Vice President of Gaming Operations Michael Carruthers added: “We chose KGM for our seating and slot bases because of their expertise in the industry and the amount of time and detail they put into meeting our wants and needs for various properties across the United States and Australia.”
KGM’s custom seating is created with true ergonomics and durability in mind and allows for specialized customization for each customer to add their own unique specialization for their casino. Every chair is designed and tested to ensure the best possible gaming experience for a casino’s players. KGM’s seating is ANSI/BIFMA certified, meeting or exceeding the most stringent quality control standards. Their commitment to quality is also seen in their slot bases. KGM’s manufacturing abilities allow them to completely customize slot machine bases, slot machine cabinets and slot machine stands in any configuration and with various high-quality materials, thus creating a product the casino can be proud of.
